In this article we will continue our discussion of the geometry of DNA. We saw the importance of the pentagon in the previous article and the idea that the DNA double helix consists of stacked dodecahedra that rotate along the molecule. The dodecahedra can also be represented as spiraling cubes, as a cube can be inscribed in a dodecahedron.
We will now take a closer look at the work of Dr. Mark White who will confirm our ideas of the DNA molecule consisting of dodecahedra.
Dr. Mark White, MD
The following information is taken from Dr. White’s The G-Ball, a New Icon for Codon Symmetry and the Genetic Code, from 2007.
Dr. Mark White, MD
Dr. White tells us, “The standard codon table has failed as an icon of the genetic code. It fails to capture the basic structure and function of nature’s real code of protein synthesis.”
“It is a tiny and demonstrably incomplete set of data that is merely arranged by the arbitrary structure of the table itself. It does this in such a way as to merely support and amplify a false model of collapsed molecular information and thereby fails to predict or explain the ultimate formation of any protein structure.”1
The standard codon table
“The genetic code itself is not a simple, linear substitution cipher as the standard table graphically portrays.” The standard table is pictured above.
“Just as the structure and natural symmetry of DNA’s double helix informs our thinking about genomes, the structure and natural symmetry of codons should inform our thinking about the genetic code.
An enlightened view of molecular information reveals that the double helix and the genetic code actually share symmetry in many different and important ways.
In other words, fundamental laws of universal symmetry appear to organize the miraculous system of molecular translation involved in the genetic code. These laws appear to have acted on complex sets of self-organized molecules over vast periods of time to ultimately give us this wonderful view of life that we find in virtually every living cell today.”2
“The term “the genetic code” is merely a linguistic icon that we use to signify our model of the natural processes behind protein synthesis.
The name, the model, and our organization of these particular molecular data subsets are nothing but a human metaphor of nature’s molecular metaphor. In truth, this code should rightly be called “the protein code”.
However, our current view, its language and icons are now deeply entrenched, and they have been entirely derived from a false “one-dimensional” model of the genetic code.
In our minds today only one dimension of “co-linear” molecular information can be translated by this code. Information passes from a nucleotide sequence to an amino acid sequence in one form only, and then this single dimension of information supposedly goes on to mysteriously define a fully formed protein.”3
G-Ball codon structure
The codon table is a map. It maps the set of codons to the set of amino acids.
“Codons are made of nucleotides and nucleotides demonstrate a fundamental symmetry.
Because symmetry clearly plays a major role in this natural system of translation, symmetry is a good place to start when defining the individual components within a model of this system.”4
“We will start here with the symmetry of nucleotides and then add in the natural symmetry of codons. We will then see how this can potentially map to the now apparent yet still mysterious symmetry found in the standard set of amino acids.”5
“Conventionally, it has been immediately noted that there are exactly four nucleotides in DNA, and that these four are merely combined in sequences of three consecutive nucleotides to make up a set of sixty-four codons (43 or 4 x 4 x 4 = 64). This is backwards thinking in this context, and it seems to simplify the definition of the symmetry of any set merely to an examination of its overall size.”6
“Not all codons are alike, but all codons do always inform each other. No codon ever has any meaning outside of the context of all other codons.”7
“The [G-ball] codon system is particularly symmetrical in the sense that it efficiently packs codon symmetry into a coherent pattern within a context of DNA symmetry.
This suggests the genetic code organizes itself into the shape of tetrahedrons, which then combine into the shape of a spherical dodecahedron or icosahedron. This shape also includes a cube, as there are five interlocking cubes in a dodecahedron; “therefore there are 120 distinct transformations of a single tetrahedron within the points of a dodecahedron (2 x 5 x 12 = 120).”8

The 20 edges of a dodecahedron, or 20 triangular faces of the icosahedron, can be used to represent the 20 standard amino acids in DNA.
The amino acids are then assigned locations in the geometry according to their water affinity.
“[Water affinity] is but one of many properties that we could have chosen, but it is a demonstrably important property when amino acids combine in sequences to form peptide bonds and then ultimately become proteins.”9
See the image of Dr. White’s G-Ball below. Also see how he mapped the 20 amino acids onto a dodecahedron. This shows how each amino acid fits together in a way that mainstream science has not been able to explain.
It is all dependent upon the pentagons and dodecahedron.
The ‘new paradigm’ codon table mapped onto a dodecahedron. This shows all the interlocking relationships.
“If one merely wants a convenient way to represent a single dimension of molecular information, then it is truly hard to beat the standard codon table. However, if one is interested in communicating the essential features of a much larger concept, if one is interested in contemplating and understanding the more complex logic and structure behind a larger and seemingly incomprehensibly complex natural phenomenon, then there is no better way to start than with the G-ball. It is superior by all rational comparisons to any standard codon table. A perfectly symmetric icon is the clear and coherent path to a more enlightened and useful model of molecular information and genetic translation.”10

This new ‘perfect code theory’ by Dr. White aligns very harmoniously with the new scientific paradigm based on the esoteric stream of knowledge that is presented in Cosmic Core.
The perfect code theory involves a genetic code that is multidimensional, non-linear, symmetric and hotly evolving. This corresponds to a dynamic steady-state multidimensional reality that is involved in continual creation. It is consistent with the rules of crystallography, as it would be in a universe composed of a fluid-like ‘liquid crystal’ Aether, and it is built upon a foundation of Platonic solid geometry – in this case the tetrahedron and dodecahedron. This is consistent with our universe that is built upon invisible fractal-holographic geometry created by wave interference patterns.
Furthermore this new genetic code paradigm is consistent with all observable evidence and is not constrained by the limiting dogma of the standard model.
It is amusing to see how closely this situation mirrors the standard model dogma currently accepted as truth in mainstream physics. See Articles 80-95 for that information.
As Dr. White notes on his website, “My ideas have already been taught in one form or another in high school, undergrad and at graduate levels. Unfortunately, there currently is no easy way to grasp and communicate the concept of a complex, non-linear, multi-dimensional genetic code. Conversely, it is all-too-easy to teach the flawed linear model.
Once one is ready to accept the fact that we do not know or understand the genetic code, one must search for ways to better understand it.”11
I suggest reading Dr. White’s paper Four Law of Biology Used to Locate the Genetic Code, for more information.
In that paper he states, “There are consistent forms: dodecahedrons and tetrahedrons, that have consistent relationships, that logically lead to consistent numbers, that lead to consistent sets of molecules that optimize those foundational consistencies. In this light, not only can we say that two base-paired sets of nucleotides grouped in threes provides the most efficient symmetry within a system of twenty amino acids, but we can say that it is the consistency of these foundational relationships that selected for these particular sets of molecules, and not vice versa. In other words, we should right the ship of cause and effect with respect to any codon table: The table chooses the molecules, the molecules do not choose the table.”12
I also highly suggest reading Dr. White’s paper, What is a Dodecahedron? for even more information.
In this paper he states that “if the genetic code is a dodecahedral language then the double helix is a sequence of dodecahedrons… [the double helix] is the shape of the language – a dodecahedron – that is responsible for the existence of the DNA and the double helix in the first place.”
The drawing above is from architect and professor Anne Tyng (1920-2011), one of the first women to graduate from the architecture school at Harvard University in 1944. She obtained her Ph.D. at the University of Pennsylvania in 1975. Her dissertation was titled, “Simultaneous Randomness and Order: the Fibonacci-Divine Proportion as a Universal Forming Principle.” This drawing is from that paper. It is clear these ideas have been around for some time, yet mainstream science refuses to acknowledge them.
Dr. White also points out the importance of the tetrahedron in DNA structure. Remember, the tetrahedron (star tetrahedron – tetrahedron and its dual) is the shape of a photon and all DNA (and everything in physical reality) is composed of photons.
A single tetrahedron inside a dodecahedron.
Five possible tetrahedra in a single dodecahedron. The points of the tetrahedra line up with the points of the dodecahedron.
He states, “If we examine the relationship between the set of points that is a tetrahedron and the set of points that is a dodecahedron, we notice several things. First, every set of points that is a tetrahedron can be found within a dodecahedron. Second, there are always five sets of points within a single dodecahedron that are tetrahedrons and share no points with each other. Third, every set of points that is a tetrahedron also has a dual that is also found in the same dodecahedron. Fourth, the five tetrahedrons and their duals share exactly two points with each other. This is a highly technical way of saying that two tetrahedrons make a cube, and five cubes make a dodecahedron.”13
The five cubes that make a dodecahedron. Each cube is delineated by one of the five colors: red, green, yellow, blue and black.
He then ends the paper by saying, “Whenever we see the genetic code we should think of a dodecahedral language because, after all, the genetic code is a dodecahedral language.”14
We will take a brief look below at the work of Dan Winter who concurs that the DNA double helix is a series of ratcheted dodecahedra. We have discussed Dan Winter’s work on a number of occasions in previous articles.
Winter tells us “the Golden Ratio is what makes DNA’s field electrically centripetal”.
The DNA Helix is Ratcheted Dodecahedra.
“The primary function of DNA is the production of a coherent (implosive) Electric Field! How incredibly arrogant and childish and insulting to imagine DNA is a stupid ‘tinker toy’ for hooking up proteins instead of an electrically self-organizing ‘ensouled’ intelligent being.”15
Notice his illustrations below and how they parallel Dr. White’s illustrations above.
We will end this article with a reminder from Dr. Mark White:
“The first step toward properly understanding the genetic code is to realize that nobody actually understands it.
The second step is to realize that the genetic code is a dodecahedral molecular language.
The third step is to realize that the genetic code is so complex that it will take decades of good work to build a proper platform for actually understanding it. It will always be difficult for even the most intelligent humans to grasp the nature of this molecular language. It is not simple; it is extremely hard. It should take years not minutes to properly learn or teach the genetic code. The simple idea that the codon table is the genetic code is now nothing but a hoax. Huge mistakes have been made, and they will be difficult to correct.”16
